Moo-Goo-Mi-Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    1 c. celery, sliced on a slant
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    5 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken into cubes; sprinkle with salt and cornstarch. Stir-fry in hot oil in skillet for two minutes.
    Add celery and cook another two minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 8 minutes.
    Serve with rice if desired.
