Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. washed rice (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. melted fat
    1/2 can tomato soup (concentrated)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend beef, rice, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper thoroughly.
    Shape meat into balls, about the size of a walnut. Arrange balls in a large heavy skillet.
    Pour tomato soup, water and melted fat over meatballs.
    Cook on high heat until steaming. Turn to low and cook 45 minutes.
