Broccoli Puff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (about 4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed. Drain.
Beat everything together except broccoli and cheese with hand beater until smooth.
Then stir in broccoli and cheese.
Pour into casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about one hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
