Mookie Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sea scallops
    1 small red pepper
    1 small green pepper
    fresh ginger root
    shelled walnuts
    peanut or vegetable oil
    margarine or butter
    honey
    lemon and/or lemon juice
    paprika
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Clean and drain scallops.
    Add lemon juice; allow to drain. Larger scallops should be cut into bite size pieces.
    Cut the red pepper into short, thin slices; place on the side.
    Cut the green pepper into short, thin slices; place on the side.
    Cut the ginger root into short, very thin slices (about 1 tablespoon).
    Avoid using the outer skin of the root.
    Place these on the side.
    Break 2 tablespoons of walnuts into medium size chunks; place on the side.
