Celery Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. celery, cut to bite-size pieces
1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo, melted
1 bag slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook celery 5 minutes; drain.
Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Next pour on chestnuts.
Thin soup a little and pour over chestnuts.
Top with crackers, then melted oleo, then almonds.
