Baked Cod With Mayo And Dill - cooking recipe

1 lb. jumbo cod
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dill (fresh or dried)
Preparation

Spread the mayonnaise evenly on top of the cod fillet. Sprinkle dill on the top of the cod fillet.
Place cod in a baking dish, uncovered, and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. When the mayonnaise turns golden brown, it's finished. Serve with a vegetable or tossed salad. Bust out the wine and \"let's eat!\"
