Microwave Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 large white potatoes
1 onion, chopped fine
1 stick butter or oleo
3 slices American cheese

Preparation

Cut potatoes into small cubes.
Add chopped onion and potato cubes to casserole dish.
Cut butter over top.
Microwave 45 minutes.
Add slices of cheese to the top and microwave 15 more minutes.
