"Cretons" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. savory
Preparation
-
Mix all the ingredients.
Bring to a boil slowly, stirring often at the beginning, and simmer for 1 hour.
Mix for 3 minutes with electric mixer and let it cool.
