Chicken Breasts And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (full), skinned, boned and cut in half
    16 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. sherry
    seasoned croutons
    6 tsp. butter
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Lay cheese over chicken.
    Mix celery soup and sherry.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle generously with seasoned croutons and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
