Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 c. washed chopped cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, onion, salt and pepper. Set aside. Melt margarine in Pyrex dish. When melted, add cabbage mixture. Set aside. Mix
    milk, mayonnaise and soup. Pour over cabbage mixture. Mix together cheese and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle cheese and crumb mixture over cabbage. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
