Jellied Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. canned beet juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. grated onion (may substitute green onion)
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped beets, canned
Preparation

Put together in order given.
Makes 6 individual molds or one mold, as desired.
