Spinach-Cottage Cheese Casserole(Six To Eight Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped spinach
    1 carton small curd cottage cheese
    2 c. grated Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Combine ingredients.
    Put in 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
