Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans sweet potatoes in heavy syrup, drained
    1/2 stick butter
    4 to 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 to 3 tsp. white sugar
    milk
    dash of vanilla
    splash of Karo syrup
Preparation
    Heat potatoes on low to medium heat.
    Mash them.
    Add milk to consistency of mashed potatoes.
    Add butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix all ingredients.
    Taste until sweet enough.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with marshmallows; bake 5 minutes more.
