Ingredients

1/2 c. wine
sliced fresh mushrooms
venison steaks
Preparation

Add water to wine to cover steaks.
Let stand 4 to 5 hours. Use glass or china bowl.
Remove, dry and roll in flour.
Season to taste.
Fry in cooking oil.
Add sliced fresh mushrooms, marinade and simmer.
Remove meat.
Thicken gravy to serve.
