Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken wings
    1 jar Popie's hot sauce
    1 stick butter
    1 pt. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
    oil (to deep fry chicken)
Preparation
    Heat oil in deep frying pan.
    In a bowl, salt and pepper flour as to your taste.
    Dip chicken wings in a bowl with buttermilk until covered, then dip wings in the flour.
    Repeat. Place wings in hot oil.
    Fry until wings are cooked.
    Take out of oil and place onto a platter.
    With a brush, coat each wing completely with the sauce mixture.
    Enjoy with lots of your favorite beverage.
