Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    18 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sliced bananas
Preparation
    Mix by hand.
    Blend all dry ingredients, then add the other ingredients.
    Grease and flour 3 cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    When cool, frost.
