    1 c. V8 juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. tarragon leaves
    1 c. vegetables
