Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    4 eggs or egg substitute
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. (1 c.) cottage cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Melt oleo and mix all other ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Leftovers may be refrigerated or frozen.
    Reheat in microwave. Can be baked as muffins.
