One Pot Cabbage Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa sausage
    1 head cabbage
    3 large potatoes
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 onion
    bouillon cube
    salt, pepper, Cajun spice seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Slice sausage in 1/4-inch slices. Chop potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Chop cabbage into 2-inch strips. Add 2 tablespoons oil to large frying pan or Dutch oven. Heat, then add potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes; add sausage slices. Cook 2 minutes. Add cabbage and beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup hot water. Add onion and bell pepper and season to taste. Simmer until cabbage is done but not mushy.
