Liptauer Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 anchovy fillets, finely minced
    1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
    dash of ground white pepper
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. capers, optional
    paprika
Preparation
    In a medium bowl mix instant minced onion and dry mustard with 2 Tbsp of warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile cream the butter, add cream cheese, blending well.
    Add onion, mustard mixture, anchovies, capers (if desired), caraway seeds and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pack into 2 glass cups, chill until firm. When serving sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
