Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
2 sticks oleo
2 c. diced apples, raw
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo; add apples, flour, eggs, soda and baking powder, cinnamon, nuts and vanilla.
Mix well.
Bake in 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
