Pork Tenderloin In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork tenderloin patties
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    5 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Dip patties in egg mixed with a bit of water and then dip in crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
    Brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Mix together soup and sour cream.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve over noodles.
