Mop Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine consomme and water and bring to a boil.
    Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight at room temperature.
    Makes 2 quarts sauce.
    This is used for basting meats for barbecue.
    It is applied with a wooden handle dish mop soaked in sauce.
