Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. veal cutlets
    flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Pound veal; dredge in flour.
    Brown in a mixture of butter and olive oil.
    Add sliced mushrooms, garlic, parsley, basil and wine. Simmer on low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
    Take veal out of pan; pour sauce over veal and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
