Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 to 1 c. oleo
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Put in undrained pineapple, swirling it around to fill corners.
    Spoon in pie filling evenly. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit to cover it all.
    Melt butter and dribble over top or distribute bits over the top. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned (about 1 hour). Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
