California Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
4 tsp. white flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated (Monterey Jack cheese can be substituted)
8 oz. flaked fresh crab meat
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 prebaked 9-inch pie crust shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg with a wire whisk; blend in flour and beat in mayonnaise.
Add milk and blend well.
Fold in cheese, crab and onion.
Fill pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
