Ham N' Cheese Bake(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut into chunks (8 oz.)
    1 can chunk pineapples in unsweetened juices, drained (20 oz.)
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 c.)
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. boiling chicken broth
    1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until tender-crisp.
    Add green peppers, celery, rice, broth, salt, curry powder and ham.
    Stir well, cover, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is gone.
    Remove from oven.
    Add pineapple chunks and cheese.
    Toss lightly.
