Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bread
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease pan with butter.
In a large bowl mix the bread and milk until bread is soft.
Melt butter and add to mixture.
Add the sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
