Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage (loose and light)
    1 lb. coarsely ground meat, round steak or lamb
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1/3 c. melted butter
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Rinse rice in warm water and drain or soak rice in 2 cups boiling salted water for 30 minutes.
    Add to meat, butter and spices.
    Mix well.
