Peach Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. walnut extract
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
Preparation
    Combine peaches and sugar in saucepan.
    Let stand about 30 minutes.
    Cook over medium heat 15 minutes.
    Add cornstarch, butter, walnuts, cinnamon and extract; let cool.
    Put into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Cover with top crust brushed with egg yolks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
