Chicken Ravioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled and deboned hen
1 1/2 lb. noodles
2 c. fresh celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. file (a thickener)
1 large jar mushrooms, cut up
1 can tomato soup
1 can pimentos, chopped
Preparation

To chicken broth add noodles, celery, onion and green pepper. Cook 30 minutes; then add Worcestershire sauce, file, mushrooms, tomato soup and pimentos.
Add chicken and mix and simmer 30 minutes.
Serves 30.
