Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thawed hash browns
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease well a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour into pan. If desired, sprinkle unseasoned bread crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
