Best Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken breasts
salt and pepper
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 (6 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced
butter as needed
3 small pkg. sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. curry powder
2 c. sliced celery
2 lb. seedless grapes
Preparation

Brush chicken breasts with melted butter, salt and pepper, then wrap in heavy-duty foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0
an hour or until done.
Skin, remove bones and cut into chunks the cooked chicken.
