Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs (add 1 at a time)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs.
    Add flour mixture.
    Fold in carrots and pecans.
    Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0.
