Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak, cut in strips
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can beef broth or cubes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat (quickly) in
    oil,
    then
    add
    mushrooms and onion. Cook until onion is
    tender, about 3 minutes.
    Add the broth, Worcestershire, paprika and
    tomato
    paste and bring to boil. Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes and stir in sour cream.
