Hamburger Veg. Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion
1 c. potatoes
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans V-8
6 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. bouillon granules or 4 cubes
1 can undrained corn
1 can undrained green beans
1 can undrained peas
Preparation

Brown meat and onion. Drain off excess grease. Add everything but canned vegetables and simmer for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
Add canned vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes more.
