Ingredients

1 pkg. slice and bake refrigerator sugar cookie dough, chilled firm
1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 eggs or egg substitute
4 c. sliced fresh fruit
1/2 c. apple jelly
Preparation

Spray large pizza pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray (or use nonstick pan).
With very sharp knife, slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices.
Starting at edge, line cookie slices around pan, overlapping slightly to make a pretty scalloped crust.
Continue filling pan with slices to cover.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes, until cookies are set, but not brown.
Remove from oven. Set aside.
Lower oven heat to 325\u00b0.
