Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
4 large Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini grated, unpeeled
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream together oleo, oil and sugar.
Add dry ingredients alternatively with buttermilk and vanilla.
Put into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes.
