Ingredients

3 onions, diced
1 Tbsp. shortening
3 beef bouillon cubes (do not salt as beef cubes are salty)
Parmesan cheese, grated
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute onions in shortening until golden brown.
Add 6 cups of water, bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for 15 minutes. Serve with toast rounds and grated Parmesan cheese.
