Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    8 ripe peaches, peeled and cut up
    1/2 c. peach brandy or nectar
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat thoroughly the butter and sugar; add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a greased glass 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.
