Pecan Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    turkey giblets
    6 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. honey
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add turkey giblets and brown on all sides.
    Cool.
    Dice cooked giblets and set aside.
    Mix bread crumbs, salt, peppers and spices.
    Stir in the 1/2 cup melted butter, boiling water and honey. Cool. Add the beaten eggs.
    Mix well. Stir in the cooked giblets and pecans. Bake.
