Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 c. half and half cream
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Peel potatoes, cook until tender and drain.
Beat softened cream cheese with cream.
Add hot potatoes and blend well.
Add butter and seasonings.
