Cranberry Jellied Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh cranberries, ground
2 Delicious apples (whole), ground
2 large oranges, peeled and diced
2 c. sugar
2 c. pecans, chopped
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. boiling orange juice
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in hot orange juice. Stir in sugar.
Cool to slight gel and combine fruits and nuts in syrupy gel mixture and let chill.
Serves 20 to 24 people.
May be frozen.
