Rutabagas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium rutabagas
    1/4 tsp. salt substitute
    1 tsp. light margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel and slice rutabagas.
    Cook uncovered in boiling water until tender.
    Season with salt, margarine, lemon juice and parsley.
