Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby carrots
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    orange slices for garnish
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    In small pan, mix well sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt.
    Stir in orange juice.
    Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Boil 1 minute. Remove and stir in butter. Drain carrots and toss with sauce.
    Garnish with slices of orange.
