Chicken Chasseurs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken parts (breasts, thighs, legs)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    4 small green onions, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley and chives
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, cut in quarters
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Heat margarine in skillet.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and thyme in plastic bag. Shake pieces of chicken in seasoned flour mixture and brown thoroughly in margarine in skillet.
