Banana-Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 to 3)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend bananas, oil, milk, nuts and egg.
    Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Pour into paper lined muffin pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 1 dozen.
