Cucumber And Yogurt Spread(Tzatziki) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 small cucumber
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt
Preparation

Line sieve with cheesecloth and put over bowl.
Dump yogurt into sieve and let strain in refrigerator overnight.
The next day, wash and grate cucumber coarsely.
Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 1 hour.
Drain off juice.
Mix strained yogurt, garlic, vinegar, cucumber and olive oil.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
