Quick Wine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sweet sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into a greased angel food cake pan.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 45 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan about 5 minutes before turning out on rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
