Glazed Carrots(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 whole carrots, cut into small pieces or 1 c. small, ready to eat carrots
    1 tsp. dried, minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel and cut up carrots.
    Place in medium size saucepan or one large enough to have only one layer of carrots.
    Sprinkle onion and salt over carrots.
    Add enough water to saucepan to barely cover the carrots.
    Bring to boil over high heat.
    Turn to medium-low and continue cooking, uncovered, until carrots are tender and most of the water has evaporated.
    Combine melted margarine and lemon juice and pour evenly over carrots.
    Continue cooking until liquid is reduced to a buttery glaze.
    Yummy!
